Chess pie vies with Pecan Pie as the Queen of Pie. The very simplest ingredients create an unctuous richness that is not meant to be described. Just, YUM!!!Chess pie even freezes well. Wrap any left over pieces in wax paper, then tightly in foil. To thaw, leave on the counter.
